Make your premises safe from fire

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 applies to virtually all premises.

Download the short guide here and also visit this website for more information

Do you play music of any kind in your premises?

This includes CD's, MP3's or Radio Stations.

If you do, you may need a Music Licence from the Performing Rights Society who pay 90p in every pound back to the music creators, composers and publishers of the music..  A music licence could cost as little as £44 (excluding VAT) for a small office.

Specific guidance for charities and community buildings can be found here

For more information call 0800 694 7335 or checkout their website

Note:  You may also need to check your requirement for a TV licence.  Even watching broadcasts over the Internet e.g. BBC iplayer means you will need to have a licence.
